BtwIMS-EPC is an integrated core network product that combines the functionalities of MME, SGW/PGW, HSS, PCRF, I/S/P-CSCF, MGCF, and MRFC into a single system. It enables rapid processing of packet data services and voice services, working in tandem with LTE base stations to deliver high-quality private mobile broadband and voice services, better meeting users' demands for bandwidth and service quality.
BtwIMS-EPC provides a complete private network solution for LTE packet core networks and IMS call control. Utilizing rack-mounted general-purpose servers, it features high throughput and flexible deployment options, allowing for centralized deployment on a single server. It supports flexible system capacity configuration to adapt to changing user and service demands, thereby reducing operational investments.
BtwIMS-EPC integrates the functionalities of network elements such as MME, SGW/PGW, HSS, PCRF, I/S/P-CSCF, MGCF, MRFC, and MRCP, eliminating unnecessary interfaces by consolidating multiple network elements into a single unit, thereby enhancing service processing performance. Specifically, the MME handles access control and management for base stations and UEs, the SGW/PGW manages user service bearer control, the HSS oversees user subscription data management, the I/S/P-CSCF provides user registration and basic call control services, the PCRF implements dynamic bearer management, the MGCF facilitates interconnection with voice gateways, PBX, or third-party SIP Servers, the MGW performs voice codec conversion, and the MRF manages media resource playback.
